Rules for Bets, Payouts, and Account Use on Our Platform

These Rules describe how Mostbet accepts bets, settles outcomes, pays winnings, and handles complaints. They also explain limits, verification, and special cases for certain sports and event formats. By placing a bet on the Mostbet website, you confirm that you read these Rules before the bet and that you agree with them.

Who Can Use Our Services

We accept bets only from individuals who reached 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their location, if that age is higher than 18. Registration and betting mean you confirm eligibility under your local laws.
We do not accept bets from certain groups. If we identify a match with any restriction, we can block the account, cancel bets, refuse payouts, and refuse deposit refunds. We can take these actions at any time after we learn about the restriction. Bets are not accepted from:

  • Persons under 18 at the moment of bet acceptance;
  • Direct participants who can influence an event result, for example, athletes, coaches, referees, club owners, club officials, or persons who act on their behalf;
  • Persons who represent other betting companies;
  • Persons who used self-restriction, including self-restriction within 12 months before account registration;
  • Persons who use an account that does not belong to them;
  • Persons who bet for third parties or use third-party funds;
  • Persons who provide false data during registration or later checks;
  • Persons with 2 or more accounts on our website;
  • Incapacitated persons under applicable law;
  • Residents of prohibited territories, or persons who use bank cards or payment services from prohibited territories;
  • Persons identified as problem gamblers by other market participants;
  • Persons who use funds from illegal activity or attempt money laundering;
  • Persons who consider our services offensive or unacceptable based on personal beliefs;
  • Persons whose accounts we deleted earlier, regardless of reason;
  • Any other persons barred by applicable law.

Responsibility for any breach lies with the account holder. If you try to bypass these Rules, we can cancel bets and block payouts.

One Account Rule

Each client may have only 1 account. During registration and later checks, we apply the rule of 1 account per family, address, email, card number, or IP address. If we confirm multiple registrations, we can void bets and apply limits, including withdrawal limits, or close the account.

Registration Data and Accuracy

Only an individual can become our client. Registration requires correct personal details. We ask for:

  • Date of birth;
  • First and last name;
  • Current address;
  • Current email address (we send a verification link);
  • Current phone number (we send a 1-time SMS code),

Information must be true and accurate. We can refuse registration at our discretion. By registering, you confirm you understand gambling laws in your place of residence, and you decide independently to use our services.
If you later fall under any restricted group listed above, you must contact us and stop using the services.

Verification and Document Requests

We can request ID and other information to confirm identity, update data, verify actions, or review risk. We can suspend payouts until checks end. Document review usually takes up to 60 days, though timing can change based on case complexity.
If data appears inaccurate, we can cancel bets for an indefinite period, suspend money operations, request extra documents, or apply other limits. For faster review, we may ask for:

  • Passport, national ID card, or similar ID with name, date of birth, photo, and issuer details;
  • Utility bill or similar proof of address, not older than 3 months;
  • Source of funds information related to deposits used for betting.

We may request video identification. We may also request certified copies by mail. Refusal or avoidance can lead to account blocking until verification ends and a decision is taken.
We apply a strict policy against underage play. Access for minors is not permitted.

Account Security and Responsibility

All actions in the account are treated as actions of the account owner. You must keep login data secret and must not pass access to third parties. If a third party acts through your account, responsibility remains with you.
If you suspect disclosure of login details, contact our support team at once and change your login, password, and email password. Do not share withdrawal codes or phone change codes with anyone.

Inactive Accounts and Storage Fee

If you do not place a bet for 12 calendar months from account creation or the last bet date, whichever comes later, we treat the account as inactive.
If the balance is positive, we send a notice via verified email and/or verified phone number no later than 28 calendar days before the 12-month period ends.
If the account becomes inactive and the balance is positive, we charge a storage fee of 16,000 PKR per month. The fee starts from the date the account becomes inactive and ends when:

  • You reactivate the account via a bet or other account activity;
  • The balance reaches PKR 0, whichever comes first.

The storage fee cannot exceed the remaining balance.
Winnings and refunded bets remain valid for payout for 12 months from the last activity date. After the account becomes inactive, unclaimed amounts can be debited in our favor.

How We Accept Bets

We accept bets based on the event list and odds shown on the website. We settle bets based on data from our processing systems.
A bet becomes valid after registration on our server. We send confirmation inside the account interface. After registration, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases listed in these Rules.
We accept bets only within the available balance shown in the account. After server registration, the stake is debited from the balance.
Bets are accepted before the event starts. Event time and date in the line are approximate and can change. We are not responsible for schedule changes from organizers. If a bet is placed after the start time for a pre-match market, we treat it as invalid. Live bets during an event remain valid until the event ends, subject to special rules for interruptions and cancellations.

Bet Limits, Odds, and Coupon Rules

Minimum stake for an outcome is 60 PKR.
The maximum stake is set for each event and can differ by sport and market. For accumulator or system bets, the maximum stake equals the smallest limit inside the coupon.
Maximum winnings per bet are 10,000,000 PKR.
Game providers can set extra limits for minimum stake, maximum stake, and maximum winnings.
We can set limits for all clients or specific clients, including maximum stake, odds limits, and deposit limits. We do not have to explain the reason for limits. Current restrictions appear in the account area.
Repeated bets on identical or dependent outcomes from the same client are not permitted. Examples include the same team win, team win or draw, and similar dependent markets. We can lift this rule for certain events, either permanently or temporarily, and we publish such changes in the account area.
Odds, handicaps, totals, and stake limits can change at any moment. Conditions for already registered bets do not change. By placing a bet, you confirm that you accept the conditions shown at the time of registration.
Maximum odds for a coupon are 1000. If total odds exceed 1000, we use 1000 for payout calculation.

Errors, Irregular Bets, and Technical Issues

If our staff makes a clear error during bet acceptance, for example, obvious typos in the event line, a mismatch between odds in the line and the coupon, or similar cases, we can treat the bet as irregular. We can also act in cases of unsportsmanlike conduct evidence, deviations from these Rules during acceptance, event format changes compared to the original rules, or other facts that confirm irregular betting.
For irregular bets, settlement can take place with odds of 1.
Connection failures on your side do not cancel a bet if our server registered it. We do not provide internet access, and we are not responsible for failures from your device or network provider. Remote service systems can face software errors or disruptions; such events do not create automatic grounds for bet cancellation.
We can refuse any bet from any client without explanation. We can cancel any bet before the event starts without explanation, subject to our internal checks.
If a bet is cancelled under these Rules:

  • Single bet: stake refun;
  • Accumulator/system: cancelled events settle without winnings; remaining events keep their validity.

If we settle a bet incorrectly due to wrong results data, we correct the settlement later. Bets placed between the incorrect settlement and the corrected settlement remain valid. If a corrected settlement creates a negative balance, you cannot place new bets until a deposit restores a non-negative balance.
Inside some casino games and slots, the balance can display in EUR or USD rather than your account currency. We apply conversion at the moment of the bet. Such conversion affects only the display inside the game; account currency does not change.

Settlement Sources and Official Results

A bet wins only when all outcomes on the coupon match the final result.
We use the results published by us for settlement. Claims about results require official documents from relevant sports federations. We can use public official sources, plus our own sources and broadcasts, to determine outcomes. If official sources differ, we decide which source applies for settlement.
Statistics in trackers or lines are informational. Official protocols and our selected sources decide settlement statistics.
We are not responsible for translation or transliteration errors in team names, player names, or venues. Such information is provided for convenience and does not form the basis for refunds.
If a result is decided by a random number generator, we settle based on server records from us and/or partners. If a screen display differs from server records, server records take priority. By betting on RNG outcomes, you accept that prediction is impossible and you accept the recorded result.

Postponed, Cancelled, or Interrupted Events

Sports events are treated as postponed or cancelled only after relevant official information appears, and we update the line. We choose the information source when several sources differ.
Pre-match sports bets: if an event is delayed or postponed for more than 48 hours, we cancel bets and settle with odds of 1, unless we decide to keep bets valid.
Live bets: if an event stops and resumes within 5 hours after the start, bets keep their validity. If an interrupted event does not resume within 5 hours after the beginning, we settle with odds of 1, except for outcomes already decided at the stop moment. Some sports formats can exceed 5 hours by nature; in such cases, we apply sport-specific logic.
If an event ends early and is treated as cancelled, we settle markets already decided at interruption time, for example, first-half result or first goal markets. Other markets settle with odds of 1.
If one team does not take part in a match, we settle all bets with odds of 1 and assign a technical defeat to the absent team.
If a competitor refuses before an event starts, bets related to that competitor are cancelled.
If a competitor exits during an event due to injury or refusal, bets placed before the last round or stage where the competitor took part remain valid; later markets can be cancelled.
If a named player in a team sport does not take part, we settle bets with odds of 1 unless special rules state otherwise.
If the pairing changes in a match-up, we cancel bets on that event.
Team competition substitutions do not cancel match outcome bets.
Doubles rules:

  • If players are listed and at least 1 player changes, the settlement goes with odds of 1;
  • If players are not listed, bets keep their validity.

Home/away changes:

  • Neutral venue change: bets keep their validity;
  • Move to the opponent venue: bets keep their validity;
  • Sports without home/away relevance: venue change does not cancel bets.

Some leagues list home and away in reverse order at times, including the NBA and NHL. Reverse order is not a refund reason.
Friendly matches and club friendlies: venue changes do not cancel bets.
If more than 1 winner is declared, we divide the odds by the number of winners for those winning bets.
In situations without precedent, our decision is final.
If event stats conflict across sources, we can pause payouts until review ends. If we confirm a program error in odds withdrawal and we accept the error, we settle affected bets with odds of 1.
If a completed event result is later revised and a technical defeat is assigned, we pay based on the initial result published right after the event ends in official sources.

Payout Timing and Big Winnings Review

We pay winnings within 30 calendar days from the official publication of results for the last event on the coupon, except where external circumstances require different timing.
Winnings equal to or above 660,000 PKR count as big winnings. We credit such winnings after a joint review with partners and confirmation that the result came through honest play. If big winnings reach the balance before the review ends and the review later shows unjustified winnings, we debit that amount. Until the review ends, withdrawal of that amount can be blocked.
After crediting, you must check the account statement. If you disagree with a settlement, contact support within 10 calendar days from the credit date and provide the account number, date, time, event, stake, selected outcome, odds, and reason.
If we credit funds by error and you use them for bets or games, we can cancel those bets and cancel the winnings from them, and we can debit the related amount.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Controls

On your account currency, location, and citizenship. We accept transfer requests 24/7.
Standard withdrawal limits (PKR):

  • PKR 1,650,000 per day;
  • PKR 4,950,000 per week;
  • PKR 16,500,000 per month.

We can change these limits at any time, including for a specific client, and big winnings may follow individual limits.
Withdrawal time frames:

  • Amounts below PKR 330,000: usually within 72 hours after we accept the request;
  • Amounts above PKR 330,000: usually within 7 working days.

Time frames are indicative and can vary by payment channel checks. We can keep a commission equal to costs for withdrawal of funds deposited but not used for bets.
We can refuse a withdrawal method and propose a bank transfer as an alternative.
Payment details must match deposit details. If withdrawal details do not match deposit details, we can refuse the withdrawal request. If you decide to stop using the services, you can request a refund through support, and we pay refunds only to the same details used for deposits.
Card fraud controls can include a card photo request. The photo must show both sides, the first 6 and last 4 digits, and the cardholder’s name, while the CVV code must be hidden.
You must follow your local law regarding betting and gambling. Cards and payment services from prohibited locations cannot be used.
We can refuse withdrawals in cases connected with account use patterns. A common reason involves insufficient betting turnover compared with deposits. We can refuse if bets with odds below 1.3 and/or casino and live-casino stakes total less than 100% of deposits from account registration. We do not count these stake types toward the 100% rule:

  • Free bets;
  • Promo bets from promo codes;
  • Bets with boosters;
  • Bets from the bonus balance;
  • Cancelled bets or refunds or odds 1 settlements;
  • Bets on cancelled events;
  • Bets with minimal impact on balance, including opposite outcome betting designed for break-even, for example roulette, baccarat, dice, and similar games.

We can refuse if the account is not used for bets or payment for our services.
By accepting these Rules and depositing funds, you confirm that you do not use the account for:

  • Transfers between other client accounts;
  • Storage of funds without betting use;
  • Other money operations unrelated to bets and winnings.

A breach can lead to sanctions and limits.
You confirm that you bet only with your own funds and that you do not seek funds from third parties for deposits. If we suspect third-party funding, we can request explanations or return funds to the sender.
Payment system fees may apply. You pay such fees unless we decide to reimburse them for a group of clients or specific clients. We can revise reimbursement decisions at any time, while already accrued fees do not get cancelled.

Anti-Fraud, Syndicates, and Prohibited Methods

We can close an account, cancel bets, restrict withdrawals, or apply other limits if we confirm facts such as:

  • Access to the result information before market close;
  • Influence on the event outcome by a participant or a linked person;
  • Client status within restricted groups;
  • Coordinated activity by a group or a syndicate to bypass limits;
  • Multiple accounts;
  • Software or equipment used for automated betting;
  • Fraudulent methods to bypass limits or gain an unfair advantage;
  • Arbitrage betting;
  • Multi-session use from 1 account;
  • Abuse of loyalty or Mostbet bonus programs;
  • Chargeback requests or denial of deposits or bets;
  • Other acts we view as fraud or a breach of these Rules.

Privacy Policy Summary

We collect, store, and process personal data provided during registration, verification, and account use. By submitting data, you consent to such use. We can collect:

  • Details you submit via forms, email, and support contacts;
  • Correspondence via email, phone, messengers, social media, and similar channels;
  • Payment details such as transaction ID, date, amount, and payment system; we do not store card data;
  • Website visit details, traffic data, and login data;
  • ID data such as name, username, and date of birth;
  • Contact data such as address and email;
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, time zone, device system, and platform data;
  • Marketing preference data;
  • Data from independent sources where allowed.

For fraud and money laundering checks, we can share relevant data, including betting history, with sports authorities, police, and AML agencies when required.
We take reasonable steps for accurate registration and safe storage. We delete personal data when it is no longer required or when the law requires deletion. Independent audits and checks by third parties can take place for system security and legal compliance.

Disputes and Claims Procedure

A mandatory claim procedure applies before any other dispute steps. Claims must be in writing and sent to the support email shown on our website.
Submit a claim within 10 days from the day you learned, or should have learned, about the issue. Attach documents that support your claim. If evidence is insufficient, we reject the claim without review.
We review valid claims within 20 days from acceptance. Result-based claims require official federation documents. We do not accept claims based on name transliteration issues for teams, players, or venues.

Changes to Rules, Services, and Rights Transfer

We can change these Rules and add new rules at our discretion. A new version takes effect on day 14 after publication on our website. We notify you about upcoming changes via email.
We can modify or supplement products or services, including markets and limits, at any time for website operation and maintenance. We can restrict access to certain sections for technical work.
These Rules apply to new games and services that we add after your acceptance.
We can transfer or assign rights and obligations under these Rules to another party without prior notice, on terms that are the same or not less favorable for you. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations to third parties.
